4. Travel Documents and Requirements

4.2. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding each traveler included in the booking.

5. Travel Insurance
5.1. We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. It is your responsibility to arrange suitable travel insurance coverage.

6. Liability
6.1. Our Agency acts as an intermediary between you and various travel providers. We are not liable for any actions, errors, omissions, or negligence on the part of these third-party suppliers.
6.2. We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during your travel, including any delays, cancellations, or disruptions in itinerary.

7. Privacy
7.1. We prioritize the privacy and security of your personal information. Any data collected through our website or during communication will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Agency is registered.
8.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the same jurisdiction.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tripsinpocket Holidays.
